Quality is a top priority in SAREL's industrial policy, in both its factories in France and its two factories in Spain.

This can be seen at all the business levels, in order to ensure better client satisfaction.

This quality is reflected by the ISO 9001 certification for design, manufacturing and distribution of products and by the ISO 14001 certification for environmental protection.

Command of four industrial lines of work

Industrial activities take place in different workshops distributed over four sites, covering a total area of 55,000 m2.

Each workshop houses specialised production lines with functions and equipment for specific production:

1. Sheet metal work

sheet metal work, painting and packaging take place in small batch production, using the technologies of punching, laser cut-out, panelling, folding and welding with joint casting in polyurethane, using a patented process.

2. Injection and extrusion of plastics

two-material and three-material moulding organised by production sector, automatic assembly machines.

3. Stainless, brushed and micro-beaded sheet metal work

4. Transformation of thermosetting plastics

hot compaction of SMC polyester reinforced with glass fibres.
