PROclima 4.0 is de berekeningssoftware voor het bepalen van de juiste klimaatregelingtoebehoren nodig in de kasten die elektrische en elektronische componenten bevatten. Het programma realiseert de berekeningen van de gecorrigeerde oppervlakten, functie van de afmeting van de kast en wijze waarop ze is opgesteld ten opzichte van de wand.

Klimaatregeling in industriele behuizingen is een van de belangrijkste factoren voor de controle van uw bedrijfsproces. De ervaring heeft ons geleerd dat een optimale klimaatregeling van de behuizingen de levensduur van de apparatuur kan verlengen en uitval van de productie kan verminderen. SAREL attended the ECL fair in Brussels

The easyFairs ECL, the only event in Belgium that unites the electricity, communication and lighting sectors, was celebrated in Brussels, between the 17th and the 18th of September 2008.
For the 3rd time, SAREL was present with a stand to show our product and introduce our newest offer, such as the Spacial 3D range with 13 additional new standard dimensions and accessories, making it the most comprehensive range of wall enclosures available, with up to 54 standard dimensions.

This event was an excellent opportunity for showing our SAREL product range to new clients in a good platform for networking and a professional environment like EasyFairs ECL. Exhibitors include manufacturers, importers and wholesalers of industrial electrical equipment, lamps, lighting apparatus...

SAREL products to automate the wastewater treatment plant in the Walloon area

The largest wastewater treatment plant in the Walloon area opened officially on November 12th last year.
SAREL supplied the panels for all the automatisms and a part of the wiring harnesses.

The latest plant run by the AIDE (Intermunicipal Association for Wastewater Treatment and Purification) is an important reference for SAREL and Schneider Electric. It is the largest of 59 wastewater treatment plants in the Liege province.

As regards the indoor installation, process control is concentrated in 17 groups of standard SAREL cubicles, of the Spacial 6000 range, with 200 enclosures approximately. For the outdoor installation, 6 SAREL panels, of the Thalassa range, have been installed on the bridges of the settling tanks.

2. Select the product of interest: Use the powerful TraceParts search engine or follow the detailed classification that you will find to the left of your screen.

3. On the product site, select any of the available options:

• Expand 3D presentation: Click on the 3D product image.

• View 3D presentation from different angles: Use the controls that you will find on both sides of the 3D central graphic image.

• Download 3D plans: You must register in order to download the plans. Begin the session with your username, select the CAD format that you prefer, and add it to your shopping basket. A window called «Your Shopping Basket» will appear in the upper part of the screen. In the basket, click the button «Download» in order to obtain the plan. The whole process is free of charge.

• Download additional material (product datasheets, instruction sheets, etc.) Click on the PDF icon or on the filename that you will find in the «Documents» section, beside the 3D presentation.

Swedish sawmill updated with Schneider Electric solutions

One of the greatest achievements in modernizing Älgsjö Såg, a medium sized Swedish sawmill, was higher productivity at a lower cost. As a family company dating back to the end of the 19th century some parts of the sawmill always had to be modernized to meet high productivity demands and cost effective production. In 2004 a decision was made to completely renew the sawmill, including all necessary electrical installations such as electrical distribution, automation, and machine control. All products that make up the complete solution, including SAREL enclosures were delivered from Schneider Electric through the sawmill automation expert company Milltech, in Växjö, Sweden.

One of Schneider Electric solutions’ several strong selling points was high reliability through pre-wiring and the thorough testing of all components. This made installation smooth and fast and thus cost-effective. «Schneider Electric has all the quality and reliability required and on top of that an excellent service. We are very pleased», says managing director Jörgen Törnqvist.

Showroom Belgium

The new SAREL showroom in Belgium has been opened. Located at the Schneider Electric installations, it makes it possible to display the entire range of SAREL products for visitors, customers and prospective customers. This approach allows for direct, educational, professional and interactive contact with the product. The other advantage is that it can be transported, thus permitting its use at trade fairs, exhibitions, customer or distributor events, etc.
The showroom perfectly illustrates the synergies between SAREL and Schneider Electric Belgium, as well as the realisation of the project as a compliment to the products.

SAREL houdt zich bezig met het milieu

De tunnel voor oppervlaktebehandeling maakt deel uit van de chemische omzettingstechnologieën die SAREL heeft ingevoerd voor de optimalisering van de behandelingsprocessen van afvalstoffen. Deze nieuwe maatregel vermindert in aanzienlijke mate het gebruik van gas, water en chemische stoffen.
